Meet Stebert:
Stebert is a calm, reliable duck who celebrates a completed day and is perfectly fine with not knowing what shape tomorrow will take.

Journal Day 1:
This is the first entry in a daily duck practice.
Part journal for my Motivation Coaching Certification course, part invitation to take one of these ducks home.

I was asked to set a goal for school. I chose one. Let it go. Chose again. Let it go again. Nothing held.

Then the true goal revealed itself.

Learning to crochet.

I reached for help (Thank you Carolina and Mom!), and my hands refused to let go.

From that devotion, Stebert was born.

One duck. One day.
Only after choosing it did I realize how truly strong this goal was.

It is clear. One duck. One day. Eight weeks.
It is meaningful. I love watching these ducks take shape and come to life.
It asks for consistency rather than intensity.
It fits inside real life.
It is measurable. Each duck is visible proof of effort and follow through.
It is time anchored. Each day begins with intention and ends with something complete.
It is flexible. The form can evolve while the commitment remains.

A duck a day started with Stebert. Thank you Stebert.
