Meet Professor:
Professor is a bit musty and entirely committed to it. Same outfit every day, slightly off in texture and colour, and not interested in updating the look. He is grounded, firm, and reliable, the kind who shows up, does the work, and moves on.

Journal Day 18:
Professor felt different to make.

There was something about the combination of textures and colours that felt a bit off, a bit stuffy. It all worked, technically, but it did not feel light or playful in the process.

It got done. And it got done well.

But I would not call it fun.

There is something about being in the middle of a larger commitment like this. A lot of ducks to make, a rhythm that starts to carry expectation with it. A quiet pressure in keeping it going, in staying on track.

It reminds me of wool in winter, or scratchy clothes at a fancy event. You wear it because it serves a purpose. You stay in it because you have decided to.

This one feels like that. Grounded, firm, a little uncomfortable, but complete.
