Journal Day 8:
This little duck feels strong.
Small and mighty.

Stitching Pebble had me reflecting on why I am so devoted to making tiny ducks each day. The work is just hard enough to hold my attention. The reward is outsized. A small, sweet duck that brings joy now and might ripple outward later.

The practice grounds me. It pulls me into the present. Hands busy. Mind focused. A clear sense of having completed something real.
